Domaine de la Renjarde Estate is situated in the center of an ancient Roman village site, on the edge of the Renjarde hill, in the community of Serignan-du-Comtat. The hill of Renjarde between Serignan and Uchaux is one of the first spurs of the Diois Pre-Alps.
Domaine de la Renjarde is owned by the renowned Richard family, involved in wine making and wine distribution since 1892. The Richard family is also the proud proprietors of the renowned Château La Nerthe, from Châteauneuf-du- Pape and Prieure de Montézargues from Tavel. Christian Voeux has been the winemaker & manager of the estate since 2008.
The Grape varieties planted at Domaine de la Renjarde are the traditional Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre with ancient Carignan added for its unique bouquet and structure. The vines on average are nearly 40 years old.
