Selection de Grains Nobles issued from wines harvested late in November and December and, from single hand-selected berries affected by botrytis, these unique wines are among the greatest wines produced in France. Redolent of honey, exotic spices, black tea and fine dried fruit, these wines are exceptionally versatile either with dessert or with luxurious first courses.
Vendanges Tardives come from grapes that are harvested after overmaturing, in November and December. Their aromatic character is coupled with a certain strength due to the concentration phenomenon. Such vines can be enjoyed by themselves, with foie gras and also with certain desserts.
