La Cuvée Mythique’s distinctive label pays homage to the Romans, who planted its’ varietals in France, and who believed the owl, "la chouette", possessed mythical powers.
La Cuvée Mythique was created by the Val d’Orbieu in 1990 to assert the incredible potential of the terroirs of the Languedoc-Roussillon.
Made in small lots, La Cuvée Mythique represents the culmination of the Val d’Orbieu’s work since 1967 in improving viticulture and winemaking in the Languedoc-Roussillon.
